Update - 31 January 2011
Local areas have
received a letter today informing them of their TSP Development
Stage based on the results of their Self Assessment Questionnaire.
These letters have been emailed to Directors of Children's
Services, and copied to Transition Leads and Directors of Adult
Services. If you are a local area Transition Lead and you have not
yet received this letter or would like further feedback, please
contact your TSP Named Advisor. Named Advisors will continue to
support local areas until the end of March.

Process
This document outlines the processes that NTST and
partner agencies use in:
a) Assessing local areas’ responses in their
Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) submissions;
b) Applying criteria to benchmark local
areas in relation to areas of good practice and areas for further
development and;
c) Determining the Development Stage they
have reached during the Transition Support Programme.
