The TSP Year 2 Self Assessment Questionnaire is now online. Each
local authority transition lead will be sent a password on
Friday 4th September in order to access the online
form. If you have any queries please contact the NTST information

Please note that we strongly advise you draft your
answers in the Word version first before submitting them into the
online version.
